Neon's team is fully remote, working out of different parts of India and bringing a unique mix of skills, backgrounds and interests to the table. A high level of autonomy, the independence to work on our own products and tinker with ideas outside of work hours and the ability to explore what work can be outside of the defined norms are valued above all else!
About us
We are a lean and agile team comprising a mix of young and experienced new to mid-career professionals who have worked across music, creative and adjacent industries. We work with independent artists and music organisations, and identify and bridge the gaps between them for information and resources to flow freely and become more accessible.
